Just a few minutes drive west of Cabarete is the spot of Encuentrol, Access is easy , excellent for surfers of all levels.

Early January a clean, norths swell hit the north coast of the DR (see pic).

We are 'locals' on the north coast area, however not born here, we live in Cabarete.
